A Message From Trinity: 

Trinity is an upcoming Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, providing compassionate and developmentally appropriate support tailored to each individual’s needs.

She brings valuable insight from her work with families involved in the foster care and adoption systems. While she is not formally certified in trauma-specific therapies, she has a solid understanding of trauma and its impact on young clients and their families. Trinity is passionate about helping youth navigate life transitions, manage emotions, and develop a strong sense of identity.

Using evidence-based interventions such as play therapy techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems approaches, she strives to create a safe, supportive environment. Grounded in attachment theory, she emphasizes the importance of secure and nurturing relationships as the foundation for healthy emotional development and resilience.
