Ashley is completing her Master’s Degree in Counseling Education at the University of Montevallo. With a passion for supporting and advocating for others, Ashley utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help clients navigate life's challenges and discover their greatest potential. She believes that seeking support takes courage, and she strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where individuals feel truly heard, valued, and empowered to create positive change in their lives.
Outside of her studies, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, running, and being active with her dog. Whether she's exploring a new trail or unwinding with a good book or podcast, she values balance and connection in everyday life.
