Bariatric Surgery Evaluations
These evaluations explore emotional readiness for weight-loss surgery, eating behaviors, coping skills, support systems, and expectations for lifestyle changes. Recommendations help you and your surgical team plan for ongoing support.

Substance Use Evaluations
Substance use evaluations examine alcohol or drug use, its impact on daily functioning, and related mental health concerns. Findings help identify appropriate recommendations for education, counseling, or additional treatment.

Fertility Evaluations
Fertility evaluations address the psychological and emotional considerations involved in fertility treatment. Depending on your referral, the assessment may explore coping skills, support systems, expectations, and relevant mental health history.

Mental Health Evaluations
Mental health evaluations explore symptoms, personal history, and daily functioning to better understand emotional and behavioral concerns. Findings can help clarify diagnoses and guide recommendations for treatment and support.

Anger Management Evaluations
These evaluations examine anger triggers, patterns of responding to frustration, emotional regulation, and the effects of anger on relationships and daily life. Recommendations may include individual counseling, anger management groups, or other services.

ADHD Evaluations
ADHD evaluations explore concerns with attention, organization, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. The assessment considers symptom history, functioning across settings, and other factors that may contribute to these difficulties. Findings help clarify whether ADHD is present and guide recommendations.
