A Message From Haydn: I appreciate you taking the step to better yourself and your mental wellness through therapy. It's a big step to take charge of your mental health, and one to be proud of. It's my passion to help people understand themselves, where they're at, how they got there, and where they want to go in the midst of working through issues like Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I want to walk alongside my clients to facilitate growth that they can be proud of as they make progress in becoming a person they can believe in. This means meeting clients where they are without judgement, believing in their capacity to make meaningful choices and change, and helping them explore their purpose and identity that leads to a fulfilling life.

 

A Little About Me: Most of my leisure time is spent playing games, listening to music, drinking good coffee, and hanging out with my wife and our cats. My wife and I love to go find new and unique local restaurants in the area to try whenever we can. I am a sucker for a good story full of existential themes and captivating characters, which is why I am also an avid audiobook listener and love to draw inspiration and real-life meaning from the ideologies and minds of many author's creative worlds and writings.

 

About Me Professionally: I am a graduate of the University of Montevallo with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a National Certified Counselor with the NBCC. I also hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Auburn University.
