Sarah Atkinson

ALC

A Message From Sarah: Beginning therapy can be one of the most daunting tasks and I want to acknowledge the bravery it takes to work toward change. My goal will be to help you embrace your authentic self, and I am committed to creating a safe and validating space for you. I would be delighted to hear your story and work with you in processing the narrative of your life. Together we will work towards mending parts of the past and strengthen your skills that will aid you in the future self you aspire to.

A Bit About Me Personally: During my time outside of the counseling office, I take the opportunity to recharge through hobbies and interests. I often spend my weekends engaging in some form of exercise and enjoy spending time doing outdoor activities, like going to the dog park and daytime hiking. My wind down hobbies include solving puzzles and reading books in the fantasy and thriller genre. Some of my all time favorite books include The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis and Murder on the Orient Express by Agathata Christie.
