We accept most major insurances, including but not limited to: Blue Cross of Alabama, Tricare, Value Options, New Directions, ComPsych, Cigna, United Healthcare, Viva Health, and Medicaid.

At Warrior Wellness Group, we do not want your inability to pay to inhibit you from receiving the services that you need. We do take most insurance, but also offer private pay fees, as well as a sliding scale* based on income. Simply contact our office to discuss options.

*A sliding fee scale may be available based on need. Please contact us for more assistance. We also typically have interns available to see patients at a reduced rate.
