Richard Krebs

LPC, EMDR

A Message From Richard: It's a huge decision to even consider counseling and developing the willingness to address the uncomfortable topics that are causing distress in your life. I hope to empower you to address these things head-on at a pace you are comfortable with and become the best version of yourself. We'll collaborate on identifying your goals for therapy and working towards those. You are stronger and more resilient than you may currently realize. You are your most important investment and if you are not giving to yourself then you won't be fully able to give what you want to others. One quote I would like you to think about is this: If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.

A Bit About Me Personally: I love being outdoors and doing things such as hiking, playing sports, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy reading books, cooking, spending time with my wife, and finding different creative avenues to try out for my own enjoyment and self-care.
