Kayla Kent is a graduate from the University of Montevallo with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama and has been working in the field of counseling for two years. Kayla has experience working with individuals and families as well as both children and adults. She is experienced with working substance use disorders, grief and loss, sexual assault, domestic violence, depression, and anxiety related disorders. Kayla believes that counseling is a collaborative experience between the client and the counselor and she has a passion for helping clients find their strengths to help them cope with everyday life.
